These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Tutti Frutti.ie, and spell out the terms and conditions to which users of this Site are expected to adhere, because by clicking "I Agree" during checkout or by using the Site, you agree to be bound by its terms, as well as the terms of our Privacy Statement, Refund Policy, Subscription, which is hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with, or do not wish to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use this Site. We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time and will post the amended Terms of Service here.

 

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by laws of the state of Republic of Ireland Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements

 

REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Tutti Frutti.ie will offer refunds to our customers if we ship and or deliver product that was incorrect on our behalf .When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than perishable produce). You have up to 7 days after your order has been delivered for a full refund of the purchase price. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. You can cancel an order should you think you do not require the item any longer. This must be done at the earliest possible time after the order was placed, and you have to inform us as quick as possible by email. Orders dispatched already may be returned in good condition and must reach us within 48 hours of it getting to you and we will refund you excluding delivery cost.

 

If you order juice and it arrives on time/day and you are not home, Tutti Frutti.ie is not responsible for refunding any money due to you not properly scheduling time to receive your order. When you order our juice you are given a delivery day/time and must be available to receive your order. If an unusual act of God happens meaning, an earthquake or vans are unable to ship your order we will gladly credit your account and ship your order on the next available date. There are No frozen wheatgrass juice shots refunds sales are final. If you order a gift for a friend or family member it is your responsibility to make sure they will be able to receive the gift. You must inform them of your surprise gift and let them know it is extremely perishable. If the gift arrives at their location and it sits on a porch or with a doorman it is not our responsibility to refund you money.
